Privacy Policy

Your dreams are about as personal as it gets. This policy explains, in plain language, what data DreamWeaver AI (“the app”) handles, why, who it's shared with, and what your rights are.

1. Who we are

DreamWeaver AI is operated by Samuel Real, based in Spain, who is the data controller for the app and this website. For anything privacy-related, write to srealemprendiendo24@gmail.com.

2. What we collect and why

Dreams can reveal very personal things, like health, relationships or beliefs. We only use them to provide the service. We don't sell them, we don't use them for advertising, and we don't read them unless you explicitly ask us to while helping with a problem.

We never see your payment details. Payments are handled by Apple (App Store) and Google (Google Play).

3. Who we share it with

We rely on service providers that process data on our behalf, under contracts that require them to protect it:

Supabase: database, authentication and storage of your dream images.
OpenAI: transcription, dream readings and image generation. Under its terms, OpenAI does not use data sent through its API to train its models.
RevenueCat: subscription status management.
Apple and Google: sign-in (if you choose it) and payment processing, under their own privacy policies.

Some of these providers are located in the United States. Those transfers rely on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or on the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.

4. How long we keep it

We keep your data for as long as you have an account. When you delete it, we permanently erase your profile, dreams, images and credits. Some purchase records may be kept for as long as the law requires (for example, for tax purposes).

5. Your rights

You can access, correct or delete your data, object to or restrict its processing, ask for a copy in a portable format, and withdraw your consent at any time. Write to srealemprendiendo24@gmail.com, or delete your account directly in the app (see how to delete your account).

If you think we haven't handled your data properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es) or to the authority in your country.

California residents: we don't sell or share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, and you have the rights to know, delete and correct described above.

6. Children

DreamWeaver is not meant for anyone under 16, and we don't knowingly collect data from them.

7. This website

This site uses no cookies, analytics or ads. Fonts are served from our own domain. Our hosting provider (Vercel) may log technical data such as IP addresses for security purposes. The homepage loads a small smooth-scrolling script from the jsDelivr CDN.

8. Changes

If we change this policy in a meaningful way, we'll let you know in the app. The date above shows the latest update.
