Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of DreamWeaver AI (“the app”), provided by Samuel Real (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them.

1. What DreamWeaver is

DreamWeaver lets you record your dreams by voice and receive readings from several perspectives, an image generated from your dream, and patterns detected across your dreams, all produced with artificial intelligence.

Please note: readings are a tool for self-reflection and entertainment. They are not medical, psychological, legal or financial advice, and they don't replace a professional. AI-generated content can be inaccurate. If you're going through a hard time, please reach out to a professional or your local emergency services. In the US, you can call or text 988.

2. Your account

You must be at least 16 years old to use the app.
You're responsible for keeping access to your account secure.
You can delete your account at any time from the app.

3. Plans and subscriptions

New accounts get one free dream.
Paid plans (The Explorer, The Oracle and The Oracle yearly) are auto-renewing subscriptions purchased and billed through Apple's App Store or Google Play.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends, from your Apple or Google Play account settings. Deleting the app or your account does not cancel your subscription.
Each plan includes a number of dreams per month. Unused dreams don't roll over to the next month.
Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies, since they process the payment.
Prices may vary by country and include applicable taxes.

4. Acceptable use

Don't use the app for anything illegal, to try to access other users' data, to get around your plan's limits, or to generate content that infringes on others' rights.

5. Your content

Your dreams, and the readings and images generated for you, are yours to use freely. You allow us to process them only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Availability and liability

We work hard to keep the app running, but we can't guarantee it will be error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent permitted by law, we're not responsible for decisions you make based on readings. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under consumer protection law.

7. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; if a change is meaningful, we'll let you know in the app. These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you're a consumer, you keep the protections of the laws of the country where you live and may bring claims in your local courts.
